With micro inverters, every solar module is operated with the efficiency.This delivers greater energy harvest, higher reliability and richer intelligence. In addition, the safety and simplicity of parallel AC wiring makes systems easier to design, install and maintain.
A grid-tie inverter is an electrical device that allows solar power users to complement their grid power with solar power. It works by regulating the amount of voltage and current that is received from the direct current solar panels (or other D.C. energy source) and converting this into alternating current.
The main difference between an inverter and a grid-tie inverter is that the latter also ensures that the power supplied will be in phase with the grid power. This allows individuals with surplus power (wind, solar, etc) to sell the power back to the utility. This is sometimes called "spinning the meter backwards" as that is what literally happens
 
System Function:
 
1. Pure Sine Wave Output
Use SPWM directly to make pure sine wave output.
1.  Output waveform: Adopt complementary PWM to push-pull pure sine wave.
2.  Generate means: enhancement-mode SPWM
 
2. Display function
A)    Power failure display
LED in red:

  1. Power cut off
  2. Output failure
  3. Power grid fault
  4. DC low- voltage display(protection)
  5. DC over-voltage display(protection)
  6. Over temperature display(protection)

B)  Power adjust display
1.   LED in green and steady, it means the power is locked, and the inverter works.
 
3) Stack using:
In order to achieve higher power use requirements, this product can be stacked, such as: 4 grid inverter260W stacking can achieve 1040W.And the number of the stacking is unlimited. Used as shown in

User Guide:


1. Installation Connection
1) Connect both of the wind turbine and grid Inverter terminal directly, red to red, black to black.
2) Connection the AC cord to home 3PIN AC outlet directly.
3) Turn on the switch of the panel, the Grid Inverter will be work.
 
2. Laboratory test results and waveforms

The following figure shows the grid voltage, grid current, system transfer and island transportation MPP voltage waveform. In the following oscilloscope images, waveforms’ color and have the following meanings:

CH1 = yellow color is the wind micro-inverter input voltage

CH2 = green color is the wind micro-inverter input current

CH3 = purple color is the power grid voltage

CH4 = magenta color is the power grid current

1. Free maintenance service will be offered when there is quality problem under normal use since the date of purchase. If maintenance or adjustment is needed within guarantee period and in the scope of our warranty, please contact with the supplier of the product. The expense shall be borne by the user if any of the following situations happens although within warranty period:
 
1) Fault is due to maintenance or adjustment WITHOUT checking or permission of our factory.
2) Fault or damage is caused by man-made damage, or disassemble by them own, or use of overload, or  other natural disasters although within warranty period.
